Hey Kelli -
My cousin gets her boys' jeans at Sears. I think they carry Lands End and Levi. If the jeans wear out before they outgrow them, Sears will replace them with a new pair. This definately sounds like a plan for you!
My son does that. He scoots around on one knee while playing. Usually his right knee. I have had good luck with Lands End this past year!!
