Lesson in Child Safety

So I know you're supposed to lock up cleaning supplies, medications, any type of sharp objects, etc...

But fiber bars?

I had no idea they could be so dangerous in the hands of a young child.

After I put the little guy down for a nap yesterday, I decided to check my email. After all, the big guy was playing with play-doh downstairs and all was well.

Five minutes later, the big guy comes upstairs with a dark chocolate almond Fiber Plus bar in his hands, asking me to open it. I explained to him that these were only for mommies & daddies, and while doing so, I realized that he had chocolate on his mouth and hands. Turns out, he had already gotten into the box.

Let's just say that last night was a bit rough for the little man.

And from now I, I will put my Fiber Plus bars on the top shelf - maybe even under lock and key.

On the bright side, he is potty trained now. Otherwise, things could have been a lot worse!

I had no idea they were dangerous for kids! Fiber Plus bars are dangerous for me, but for an entirely different reason! LOL
A little more gaseous than one would think! I'll probably never have another one unless I'm living on a deserted island somewhere.
Have a great 4th and see you next weekend! Love you gobs!

Can you blame the little guy? They are yummy for the tummy, but I bet he wasn't feeling so hot. Like Jewel said, one is pretty dangerous!

My kids always want mine but they are called "Pass Gas Bars" at our house which doesn't make them as appetizing. Well, take that back, they totally would love to fart & make each other laugh.
